This and more like it will be in this year’s Easels in the Gardens, the biennial art show to benefit the historic 1750’s Cupola House in Edenton, NC, on the Albemarle Sound. The Cupola House Association does more to promote material culture than any organization of its size. This walkable event consists of two days of painting in several of Edenton’s historic gardens, which are opened to ticketholders, and a sale on the evening of the second day.
The prettiest town in the South, springtime, and fine art all make for the perfect getaway.
